Located on the first floor this newly furnished holiday apartment ticks the boxes in terms of providing a homely and comfortable living space, enjoying a fantastic residential location but close enough to the city centre that you could even walk there and also offering an attractive décor that you will happily wake up to every day. Another big plus is its own private balcony which is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy daydreaming as you plan ahead the following day while sipping coffee or a glass of vino. Sleeping six people this holiday apartment in Barcelona has two bedrooms and two sofa beds. One of the rooms is a double while the other has two single beds. Another great plus for a large group of six is the two bathrooms which ensure that you will be ready quicker in the mornings so that you can enjoy the rest of your day exploring Barcelona. One of the bathrooms has a shower while the other a bathtub. An added bonus feature is the lift access which is great for luggage and after a long day out in the city.

This modern holiday apartment enjoy a fabulous location in the southern part of the Gracia district which is very close to the Barcelona city centre but far enough to be away from all the busy tourist hotspots. This ensures that you can enjoy a relaxing stay with the convenience of being able to head into town quickly at your own leisure. Just a short four minute walk away is Diagonal Avenue which is an eleven kilometre long avenue that cuts the city in two, diagonally from west to east. This is one of Barcelona’s broadest avenues at fifty metres in width and is the home of many businesses, restaurants and shops. Directly on the southern end of the avenue is the Eixample district which is the home of Passeig de Gracia (reach it in only four minutes on foot) where you will find Casa Batllo and La Pedrera; these are two of Gaudi’s famous architectural works of art. Another famous Gaudi attraction is Sagrada Familia which is in Gracia and only about a twenty minute walk away from this holiday apartment.
