Enjoy your short stay at this modern holiday apartment which is suitable for six people and located in Barcelona’s Gracia district near Passeig de Gracia, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera.
Located on the second floor this Barcelona holiday apartment has a light and airy decor and an inviting ambiance. Two additional benefits of staying in this apartment is that it can be accessed by a lift and it also has its own balcony; an ideal spot for a bit of relaxation while people watching or admiring the views. Sleeping six people you will find two bedrooms and two sofa beds. One of the rooms is a double while the other has two single beds. Another great benefit for a large group of six is the two bathrooms where one has a shower and the other a bathtub. Inside the living room is a dining table with four chairs where you can enjoy the meals you have prepared in the apartment kitchen. Above the table are three round shaped and modern lamp shades: a yellow, a red and a blue. A great contrast to the light laminate floor and the white walls is the black sofa, black rug and black arm chair. Furthermore you will find a wooden coffee table, a tall floor lamp and a fun wall painting.

This holiday apartment in Barcelona is located in the southern part of the Gracia district, just a few minutes away from Diagonal Avenue and the neighbouring Eixample district. Running south from Diagonal Avenue, and less than five minutes away from the apartment, is the prestigious Passeig de Gracia. This is a well-known street which is filled with eye-catching architecture, designer brands, high street stores, top end restaurants and office buildings. Two of Gaudi’s famous architectural masterpieces are based there too; La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. You will be reaching for the camera at both of these buildings. On the south end of this street is the centrally located Catalunya Square from where you can walk into the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Popular tourist attraction Sagrada Familia, also designed by Gaudi, can be reached in about seventeen minutes via bus 33 from Diagonal Avenue or metro L5 from Diagonal station on Passeig de Gracia; or you could even walk there in about the same time.
