Enjoy Plaza Real 3 apartment Barcelona

Centrally positioned in the city’s famously atmospheric Gothic Quarter, the 2-bedroom Enjoy Plaza Real 3 apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up 6 guests.

Designed with your comfort in mind, you are sure to fall in love with this stylish 3rd floor holiday home from home in the city centre. Creamy white and cool blue walls, stylish contemporary furniture and wooden floorboards create a very welcoming ambience. In the living room area you will find exposed wooden ceiling beams above your head indicating the age of the building. Kick off your shoes and get comfortable on the large sofa from where you can relax with your guest and enjoy the TV also provided. The sofa converts into a bed in the evenings for two of your guests to sleep on.

The two private bedrooms have equally simple cool design encouraging restful sleep during your holiday. You will find good storage furniture for all your clothing and travel items as well as well as pretty bed side lighting.

Location

You will find the Enjoy Plaza Real 3 apartment situated within the famous city square of the same name. Plaza Real translates as Royal Square and the architecture of the building is certainly fit for a king or queen. This picturesque setting is home to many cafes and bars with a very laid back atmosphere. People come here to meet friends, enjoy a coffee, cocktails or a light meal in the sun under the huge palm trees. This is the perfect place for people watching and to witness the city’s vibrant social energy in full swing.

Look out for the famous lanterns in the square that were designed by Barcelona’s favourite son, Antoni Gaudi. The artistic influences of this great architect are impossible to miss in this most creative of cities. In September, the square is annually converted into an outdoor concert hall for the La Mercè festival. If you are visiting for New Year then expect a serious crowd as Plaza Real is a major meeting point for locals in the city. Expect fireworks and some serious partying!

This neighbourhood is known as the Gothic Quarter and is home to some breath-taking, truly atmospheric architecture. You are very likely to get lost in the maze of winding narrow streets here, but then that’s all part of their charm.

The city’s most famous market street, La Ramblas, is but a few minutes’ walk away, whilst the famous Miró Museum is certainly worth a visit to witness the great master’s colourful creations first hand.
